Crisis Management

Crisis management is as important as finance management, personnel management, etc.  Having a clear and effective program and plan for an event is critical not only to your survival, but critical to the profitability, and possibly the survival of the company.  Being able to identify risk, assess the situation and respond appropriately is important, and requires not only training, but practice.

The course can be taken at your own pace and all results are recorded electronically.

In order to obtain your certificate you must first successfully complete these topics:

    1. View and complete the e-learning
    2. Achieve a score of at least 90% in the quiz
    3. Complete and submit the feedback form

Once these activities are marked complete your certificate will be available to download and print.
